Every agency running HubSpot alongside a case management platform hits the same three walls. Different symptoms, same root cause: the two systems were never built to talk to each other.

The Build

Native Zapier, tested safely first.

A 100% native Zapier integration connecting HubSpot CRM to ServeManager, no custom Python or JavaScript, built and tested in a way that never touches your live clients before it is proven. New HubSpot records map into ServeManager with addresses and legal text fields parsed and standardized through Zapier's native formatter and text tools, so the same case data never has to be typed twice. Testing happens against duplicate or sandboxed records inside your ServeManager account, with every email and notification step disabled until the mapping is confirmed correct, so nothing reaches a real client during build. Once validated, the live workflow turns on with the exact same logic that passed testing, and a short video walkthrough documents exactly how it works and how to adjust it. The result is one clean data flow between the two systems that your team can trust and maintain without touching a line of code.

  • All notification and email steps disabled during build so nothing reaches a real client yet

  • Full workflow tested against duplicate or sandboxed ServeManager records, never live client accounts
  • Edge case testing for incomplete addresses, unusual legal text formatting, and duplicate entries
  • Error handling and Zapier native retry logic configured for failed or incomplete syncs
  • Mapping accuracy confirmed field by field before any live activation

Live Activation
  • Workflow activated live with notification and email steps re enabled only after validation is complete
